Setting the wmode attribute of the Flash <embed> tag seems to effect performance of Flash applications. In my experience, setting wmode to "window" results in a 20% performance decrease over using the "transparent" or "opaque" values. This is contrary to what I've read elsewhere and needless to say, I am utterly confused.
